Roof replacement
Full tear-off to the deck, new metal, new dry-in, architectural shingles. One number, itemized, before anything comes off.

Tampa Bay roofing & sheet metal
Replacement, leak repair, and shop-bent metal across the bay. You get a written scope before the first shingle comes off and photographs of the bare deck before it goes back on — so the most expensive thing on your house stops being invisible.
Water coming in right now? Move what's under it and call. We get a tarp on before dark and photograph everything while it's still wet — that's the part you can't redo later.
(813) 555-0182The assembly
A roof is six things stacked in one order. You pay for all six and you will never see five of them. So here they are in section — the same drawing we put on the table before anyone signs anything, and the same order the crew builds it in.
Drag the drawing sideways to follow the slope from eave to ridge.
Hover or tap any layer to pick it out of the section.
What we do
Full tear-off to the deck, new metal, new dry-in, architectural shingles. One number, itemized, before anything comes off.
from $625 per square, installed
Leaks traced to where the water gets in, not to the nearest ceiling stain. Most repairs finish the same visit.
$185 diagnosis, credited to the repair
Valley metal, drip edge, chimney counterflashing, kick-outs, custom profiles. We run a brake, so odd conditions are not a problem.
bent to your measurements
Tarped fast, documented thoroughly, and we will be on the roof when your adjuster is. We document; we do not adjust.
post-storm inspection at no charge
Sequence of work
Two to three days on a normal house, start to finished. Here is every step, including the two most contractors would rather you didn't watch.
We get on the roof — or fly it when the pitch says we should — and you get the photo set whether or not you hire us.
One number, itemized down to the per-sheet deck price. Good for 30 days. Nothing gets added later without your signature.
Pulled in your jurisdiction before a single shingle moves. If a roofer wants to skip it, that is your answer about the rest.
Off in a day. Plywood over the pool cage, tarps on the beds, dumpster on boards so your driveway comes out the way it went in.
We walk the bare deck with you or send the photos, replace what is marked, and dry it in the same day. Your house is never open overnight.
Drip edge, valley metal, and flashings first — never reused. Then starter, then courses, nailed to spec.
Magnet over the yard twice, gutters cleared of loose granules, county inspection scheduled, packet delivered.
In writing
A roof is the one purchase where the evidence gets covered up on purpose. Every Anvil job closes with the same four documents — on a $400 boot replacement and on a full tear-off alike.
Workmanship10 YearsTransferable once
Every line, priced, before you sign. Including the number that makes people nervous: what a sheet of decking costs if we find rot.
Dated shots of the bare deck and the nailing, taken before dry-in. This is the part of your roof nobody else will ever be able to show you.
Ten years of workmanship from us, in writing, transferable once when you sell. Manufacturer coverage registered in your name by us, not by you.
The permit we pulled and the passed final inspection, closed out with the county. Your title company will ask for this one day.
Sheet metal
We run a brake. That means the metal on your roof is cut and bent for your roof, in the profile the condition actually calls for — not whatever length of stock the supply house had on the shelf.
One continuous piece wherever the run allows, so there is no seam sitting in the fastest-moving water on the house.
Cut into the mortar joint and sealed, the way it is supposed to be. Caulking a piece of aluminum to the face of a chimney is not flashing, it is a countdown.
The small bent piece where a roof edge dies into a wall. Leave it off and you rot the wall from inside for years before anyone notices.
Dormer cheeks, skylight curbs, low-slope tie-ins, chimney crickets — bent from measurements we took ourselves.
Storm work
Every hurricane season brings trucks with out-of-state plates and a clipboard. Here is our side of it, written down before you need it.
Emergency tarp before dark where we can get to you, and a photo set taken while the damage is still wet and undisturbed.
We will walk the damage with them and point at what we are seeing. Two people on a roof disagree less than two people on a phone.
That is your adjuster's job and your policy's language. Ours is the roof. A roofer quoting you a settlement number is guessing with your money.
We can't waive it, rebate it, or bury it in the price. Florida law prohibits it, and a contractor who offers is telling you exactly how they handle everything else.
Service area
We keep the radius tight on purpose. A crew that can be back at your house in an hour is worth more than a warranty from a company three counties away.
An inspection is the whole commitment. You get the photographs and the written scope either way — if you take them to another roofer, at least you'll know what you're comparing.
