Get on the schedule
Tell us what you're seeing. Active leaks get same-day attention; everything else gets a real appointment window instead of a whole afternoon of waiting.
Faster by phone
(813) 555-0182The leak line answers 24 hours. Everything else, a person picks up between 7 and 6 and can usually tell you what you're dealing with before we schedule anything.

Water coming in right now
Three things worth doing while you wait, in this order. None of them require going outside, and none of them require a ladder — please don't get on the roof in the rain.
- 01
Move what's under it
Furniture, electronics, anything with a cord. Water travels along framing and comes down where it feels like it, not where it started.
- 02
Drain a bulging ceiling
If drywall is sagging and holding water, put a bucket under the low point and make one small hole in it. A pint through a hole beats a whole panel coming down at once.
- 03
Photograph it wet
Before it dries, before anyone touches it. Wide shot of the room, close shot of the ceiling, and the time on your phone. That set is worth more than anything you can reconstruct tomorrow.
